  • Aggressive Ninja supersport styling: Like the other Ninjas in the series, the Ninja 250SL features seductive, full-fairing bodywork. Complementing its slim package, the contrast between its flared and waisted sections gives it a dynamic, hourglass figure. Aggressive single-bulb headlamp contributes to the lightweight image, and with the sharp windscreen and sporty wheels, gives this new Ninja a serious supersport look.
  • All-digital instrumentation: All-digital instrument panel gives the cockpit a modern, racy look.
  • Supersport ergonomics : A slim overall package, tight-fit full-fairing bodywork and low clip-on handlebars put the rider in an ideal position for aggressive, sporty riding
  • Lightweight wheels with slim tyres: Sporty Ninja-style wheels are fitted with slim tyres chosen for their contribution to the bike’s nimble handling.
  • Original trellis frame: Trellis frame enables a slim, lightweight and compact package as well as contributing to nimble handling.
  • 249 cm3 liquid-cooled, 4-stroke Single: Offering quick-revving sporty performance in a slim, lightweight and compact package, the single-cylinder engine delivers smooth, responsive power at low and medium rpm and hardhitting power at high rpm.
  • Uni-Trak rear suspension: Kawasaki’s original linkage-equipped Uni-Trak rear suspension delivers a smooth ride and stable handling over a wide range of speeds and road conditions.
  • 37 mm telescopic fork: 37 mm telescopic contributes to both light, nimble handling as well as riding stability.
  • Fuel injection: Fine-atomising injectors ensure ideal fuel delivery at all rpm.

  • Radiator fan cover: A cover for the radiator fan directs engine heat down and away from the rider for increased comfort.
  • Petal disc brakes: Petal disc brakes front and rear deliver strong, easy-to control stopping power and add to sporty looks.
  • ABS : Sudden over-application of the brakes, or braking on low-grip surfaces (surfaces with a low coefficient of friction) such as wet asphalt or manhole covers may cause a motorcycle's wheel(s) to lock up and slip. ABS was developed to prevent such incidents. Kawasaki ABS systems are controlled by high precision and highly reliable programming formulated based on thorough testing of numerous riding situations. By ensuring stable braking performance, they offer rider reassurance that contributes to greater riding enjoyment. And to meet the special requirements of certain riders, specialised ABS systems are also available. For example, KIBS (Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System) is a high-precision brake system designed specifically for supersport models, enabling sport riding to be enjoyed by a wider range of riders. And by linking the front and rear brakes, K-ACT (Kawasaki Advanced Coactive-braking Technology) ABS provides the confidence to enjoy touring on heavyweight models. Kawasaki is continually working on the development of other advanced ABS systems.
